Your prices are so low! How is that possible?

We ship directly from our warehouses in Europe (Germany and the Netherlands) which cuts our shipping costs and allows us to drop our prices. Plus we purchase directly from reliable fresh supply sources and with only bulk options available, our shipping costs are lower per box compared to shipping just one or two boxes.

Where are my loyalty points?

Unfortunately we are unable to offer our loyalty points on our wholesale store. Our prices are too low plus we can't bridge the platform. Our loyalty points are exclusively available to our U.S. Domestic Store customers. Click here to visit that store and read more about our loyalty program.

When will your perishable products expire?

We always ship the freshest batches available on the market with sometimes a complete year or more before expiration. Please remember that our products are European and follow their date format: DAY-MONTH-YEAR.

When will I receive my order?

Normally in 7 to 10 business days (Monday through Friday). We keep close track of every order placed through our wholesale store as they are highly valued. If an order is taking too long, we will try our best to connect with our carriers to speed up a delivery. In the worst case scenarios, we may ship a replacement order from our domestic warehouse located in New York City. Rest assured your order will always arrive safely.

Is there a chance my order will be confiscated or delayed by customs?

There is a slim to no chance that your order will be confiscated but there is a small chance your order will be delayed for inspection. If you are contacted by customs, just insist that it is a personal health product for your children that you need immediately. We apologize for this inconvenience. This may delay your shipment by 4 to 8 days. If this happens and you are in need of formula, please click here to contact us for an emergency box from our NYC Warehouse.

How much does shipping cost?

Nothing! Not a single penny! We are so proud of our low negotiated rates that we simply include the cost in the price of our products.

Are there any taxes?

Nope! We take care of any import and sales taxes. We handle everything, just sit back and relax. You may have to pay customs dues upon arrival, just click here to send us an email with your receipt and we will take care of you. 

Will my order be x-rayed?

There is an extremely low chance your order will be x-rayed when it is processed through customs. Most of the time they open the package for inspection. Please remember there are no risks or linked effects. Click here to read an article about this written by National Public Radio. 

Will my order be irradiated?

No, your order will not be irradiated.

When does my order ship?

All orders ship within 24 hours from the time they are placed because of time differences plus processing. Please insure you have plenty of formula for at least a week in advance.

How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?

We have a processing method that does not allow us to change quantities or brands. Please click here to contact us. Include your order number and we will cancel your order and refund your total. This must be done within 12 hours of placing your order but we are notorious for our fast shipping and we do not guarantee cancellations.

Where is my tracking information?

Your tracking information will be emailed to you after your order has been processed and shipped. Tracking should begin within 24 hours.

My order has arrived and is inaccurate.

My order arrived and boxes are open / damaged!

It is 100% safe! Our broken / opened box sales are among the most popular we have! Sometimes it can be a rough ride to your destination and the box might be damaged. This is simply a cosmetic damage. The formula is safe and secure in it’s sealed pouch. You can even test it in water.
