We fulfill orders from our warehouses in Europe (Germany and the Netherlands) which eliminates intermediaries and overhead costs. Those savings trickle to our customers as a result of low prices. Save up to 40%! We receive products directly from manufacturers, fresh from production and ship them directly to you!

Where are my loyalty points?

Nuggets from the Baby Bank on our retail store are not redeemable on our wholesale store. Our prices are too low plus we can't bridge the platform. Loyalty points and rewards are exclusively available at our retail store.

When will your perishable products expire?

We always ship the freshest batches available on the market with sometimes a complete year or more before expiration. Please remember that our products are European and follow their date format: DAY-MONTH-YEAR.

When will I receive my order?

Anywhere between 10 and 15 business days (Monday through Friday). We monitor orders close to the best of our ability. If an order is taking too long, we will try our best to connect with our carriers to locate a parcel and speed up delivery.

Will customs inspect my order?

There is a slim chance that your order will be confiscated and inspected by customs. Please read our shipping policy for more information about customs and government agencies. 

How much does shipping cost?

Nothing! Not a single penny! We are so proud of our low negotiated rates that we simply include the cost in the price of our products. Please read our shipping policy for more information about shipping costs.

Are there any taxes?

Nope! We take care of any import and sales taxes. We handle everything, just sit back and relax. 

Will my order be x-rayed?

There is an extremely low chance your order will be x-rayed when it is processed through customs. Most of the time they open the package for inspection. Please remember there are no risks or linked effects. Click here to read an article about this written by National Public Radio. 

Will my order be irradiated?

No, your order will not be irradiated.

When does my order ship?

All orders ship within 24 hours from the time they are placed because of time differences plus processing. Please read our shipping policy for more information about tracking your order.

How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?

We have a processing method that does not allow us to change quantities or brands. Please click here to contact us. Include your order number and we will cancel your order and refund your total. This must be done within 12 hours of placing your order but we are notorious for our fast shipping and we do not guarantee cancellations.

Where is my tracking information?

Your tracking information will be emailed to you after your order has been processed and shipped. Tracking should begin within 24 hours.

My order has arrived and is inaccurate.

Sorry! We are all human and mistakes happen! Don't worry - we will make everything right! Please contact us and have pictures ready of your order and paperwork for our records.

My order arrived and boxes are open / damaged!

Inspect all the individual pouches. If none are leaking formula, then it is safe. You can take a bucket of water and submerge the pouch for further inspection. If there are no bubbles then the pouch is still 100% airtight. Our broken / opened box sales are among the most popular we have! Sometimes it can be a rough ride to you from our warehouses and the box might get banged up. This is only a cosmetic damage. Inspect the pouches of formula and you will see they are sealed and safe.
